Compensation:

$45-50,000/yr. (depending on experience) 

Hiring bonus of $2500, after hired by company; paid out quarterly over 1 year

Job Description:

Looking for a highly motivated, strong leader to assist with overseeing Parts Department and create an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with overall profitability, customer service, parts sales and general management of the Parts Department and outside Parts salespeople

· Receive and fill telephone orders for parts

· Managing inventory of stock

· Replacing new merchandise on display

· Scheduling of Parts delivery trucks

· Handling invoices and paperwork for the Parts Department

​Qualifications:

· Must have current knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

– Semi-trailers

– Semi-trucks

– Heavy duty automotive, or any related equipment with air brakes

· 2+ years of Counter Sales or Assistant management experience

· Microsoft Office software experience

· Ability to prioritize and multitask daily work activities in an extremely fast paced, hands-on management role

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Team-player, winning attitude with a positive and professional demeanor

· Lifting of parts will be required, parts weighing over 50 lbs. is common

· Valid driver’s license; must meet company insurability standards

M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
